Returns & Refunds
At Podi Artist, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within the specified period in accordance with the conditions below. On this page, you will find detailed information about the available return options, important conditions and exceptions, as well as details about refunds.
How can you return a product?
You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase. Within this period, you can register the product for return and then send it back or drop it off. For smooth processing, we always ask you to mention your order number in your communication and to pack the products carefully. You can submit your return in two ways:
Returns to the Podi Artist warehouse
Send an email to support@podiartist.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will then contact you to schedule an appointment. During this appointment, you can drop off the products in person at our warehouse. This ensures fast, direct processing and prevents shipping risks.
Returns by mail
Use the return form included in your order confirmation. Ship the products at your own expense in sturdy packaging with track & trace to:

After shipping, send us an email with the tracking number. Without tracking, Podi Artist cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed packages.
Exceptions: Products that cannot be returned
Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their nature, customization, or hygiene requirements. These exceptions are in accordance with general European consumer legislation and apply strictly to ensure product safety and quality.
You cannot return the following products:
- Items with a price that depends on fluctuating market values, over which Podi Artist has no influence.
- Services such as making reservations, accommodation, transport, or rentals, when a fixed date has been agreed upon.
- Custom-made products that are produced specifically at the customer’s request, or products that are clearly intended for a specific person.
- Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life.
- Hygiene-sensitive items whose seal has been broken, such as sanitary pads, insoles, or medical/hygiene products.
- Products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other materials.
These exceptions are unavoidable because returned products must be able to be put back into circulation safely, cleanly, and responsibly.
Conditions for returns
To ensure that we can process returns correctly, all returned products must meet the conditions below. This ensures that items remain resalable and in perfect condition.
- The product must be in “as good as new” condition: unused, undamaged, and with any labels or original packaging intact.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Pack the products securely in a box or shipping bag so that they are not damaged during transport. Podi Artist reserves the right to charge a depreciation fee for damage caused by poor packaging.
- Always keep the shipping receipt with tracking information. Returns without traceable shipping are not covered by us.
- Once you have sent the return, please email us the tracking number at support@podiartist.com for fast processing.
If a product does not meet the above conditions, Podi Artist unfortunately cannot guarantee a full refund.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. This ensures secure, transparent, and consistent processing.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been fully processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Please note:
- Any shipping costs for the return shipment will not be reimbursed.
- If a product is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a reduction in value may be applied.
- For packages sent without tracking, Podi Artist cannot be held liable for loss or delay.
