Shipping time:
After confirmation of your order, it will usually be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note: this shipping time only applies to products that are in stock.
Orders containing items that are temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as the entire order is available.

We will be happy to assist you in ensuring that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for urgent deliveries.

All prices are shown excluding VAT.

Standard shipping rates:
Netherlands: €8
Belgium: €12
Germany: €15
Luxembourg: €12
Rest of Europe: €25

Outside Europe:
From €50, depending on the weight of the package.

Delivery times:
The delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package. Any delays on the part of the carrier may affect the final delivery date.

Partial deliveries:
If a product is out of stock, a partial delivery can be arranged (if desired). Any additional shipping costs will be agreed in advance.

Address verification:
Always check your delivery address carefully when ordering. Packages that are returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped for a fee.

Transport and damage:
If your package arrives damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We will be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
